Summary: Charming little home with stunning views and easy beach access—perfect for a quiet retreat. The space is small but comfortable and thoughtfully uncluttered. We especially appreciated that there were no strong fragrances—everything felt fresh and clean without being overwhelming.The home technically sleeps five, but the living room is better suited for two to three people. The TV is large, though only two seats offer a great viewing angle. The sun porch was our favorite hangout spot, with comfy furniture and room for five.The kitchen had just enough for simple meals—minimal pots and pans, but functional. Beds were comfortable, linens were high quality, and while the blankets were a bit stiff, we brought extras from home. The bathroom was very clean and seemed recently updated, with soft, new towels. Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus.The host was incredibly responsive and kind. A couple of items listed were missing on arrival, but they quickly delivered what we needed—even purchasing new ones, which we really appreciated.We loved clamming at low tide, watching wildlife, and exploring nearby small towns and trails. The local market had everything we needed, and a larger store was just 35 minutes away.Highly recommend for anyone visiting Lubec who values peaceful surroundings, nature, and wonderful hosts!
